Chocolate yogurt dip with fresh fruit

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 container of Oikos 11% plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon espresso (optional)

PREPARATION STEPS

1Mix maple syrup, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. 2Add plain yogurt and mix well. Adjust flavour if necessary. 3Serve with fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, bananas, pineapple, etc.). 4The dip will keep up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
