- 1 container of Oikos 11% plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon espresso (optional)
Mix maple syrup, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
Add plain yogurt and mix well. Adjust flavour if necessary.
Serve with fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, bananas, pineapple, etc.).
The dip will keep up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
