Sauce
1In a nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the onions, mix well to coat with butter and cook for 8 minutes without stirring.
2Stir the onions and continue cooking for 4 minutes.
3Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and garlic powder to completely dissolve the starch.
4Pour the liquid into the skillet and continue cooking for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, or until the sauce thickens.
5Transfer to an electric mixer and mix to obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
