INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup OIKOS 2% vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Extra Greek yogurt for garnish
  • Berries for garnish

PREPARATION STEPS

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2In a big bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 3Using a hand or stand mixer, whisk the egg with brown sugar until the mixture is pale and thick. 4Add the dry ingredients alternately with Greek yogurt and milk. 5Grease the doughnut molds and spread the preparation in the molds. Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center of the dough comes out clean. Unmold by flipping the doughnuts on a parchment paper or on a clean cloth. Let cool. 6You can now garnish the center of the doughnuts with vanilla Greek yogurt and berries.
