Chocolate-yogurt banana bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ cup de dark chocolate chunks
  • ½ cup melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup OIKOS vanilla Greek yogurt

PREPARATION STEPS

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
1Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2Line a bread pan with parchment paper and set aside. 3In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and dark chocolate chunks. Set aside. 4In another bowl, mix the butter or oil with the sugar and egg. Stir in the bananas, mix well, and add the vanilla Greek yogurt. 5Add the dry ingredients, mix well and pour in the bread pan. 6Put in the oven for 50 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
