COOKIE DOUGH:
1In a large bowl, sift all the dry ingredients to obtain a well-distributed mixture with no lumps.
2In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
3After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
4On a flat surface, roll out the cookie dough, and using a cookie cutter of your choice, shape your cookies.
5In a baking sheet, place parchment paper, place your cookies and bake at 205°C (400°F). for 8 minutes.
6When the cookies are cooled, dip them one by one in your Oikos 0% icing and then let them rest on a cooling rack on a sub tray for any excess icing that may leak out.
7Sprinkle with small candies of your choice to decorate your cookies.
