1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350° F)
2In a bowl, mix the 2% Oikos yogurt with the garlic and spinach. Set aside.
3In a 30X20 cm (12X8 in) Pyrex dish, spread ¼ of the sauce, cover with 3 pasta noodles.
4Cover with ¼ of the sauce and half of the cheese and add 3 pasta noodles.
5Spread the 2% Oikos yogurt mixture and cover with 3 pasta noodles.
6Cover with ¼ of the sauce and cover with 3 pasta noodles and finish with the remaining sauce and cheese.
7Cover and cook for about 40 minutes and finish uncovered on the grill for 3 minutes.
