- 1 cup Oikos plain Greek yogurt (2% M.F.)
- 2 cups pineapple, fresh or frozen
- ½ English cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 fresh pineapples, hollowed out (optional)
Nutritional value, per serving :
Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. The texture will be more liquid than that of a smoothie, but thicker than that of a juice.
Serve immediately in a tall glass filled with ice or a hollowed-out pineapple.
