Vanilla pound cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup OIKOS 2% vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs

PREPARATION STEPS

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2Line a bread pan with parchment paper and set aside. 3In a big bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 4In another bowl, combine the yogurt, oil, sugar and eggs. Whisk well. 5Incorporate the wet mix to the dry mix. 6Pour the preparation in the pan and put in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Verify doneness with the tip of a knife. Let cool completely before eating.
