Lightened-Up Ranch Dressing

This all-time favourite dressing uses Oikos High Protein 0% Greek Yogurt in place of buttermilk, giving it a thicker consistency that lets it double as a dip.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup Oikos High Protein 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pinch pepper

PREPARATION STEPS

1In a bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, lemon, fresh dill, dried dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until chilled and flavours meld, about 1 hour. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 days.

1Serve over salad or as a stellar dip for veggies, chicken wings, or even pizza!
